Australia and New Zealand are as pricing is in $AUD as the default currency.

International shipments including freight is in $US (United States Dollars).

Domestic orders over $100 are shipped free of charge under 5kgs. To be eligible the order must be AUD$150 or more not including shipping and under 5kgs. Items over 5kgs are shipped via our courier network & subject to their delivery times.

We only ship to physical addresses only and the address on the account you have paid via.

Shipment Tracking

All shipment are freighted with a tracking number, you will receive an email and sms from our system. Also you will receive an email from the freight provider. Please see the link for further updates to your order.

Postage Damage and Replacement

Flavrz will replace damaged orders once we have filled a claim with the freight provider and an outcome has been confirmed of any damaged or missing orders.

Missing Items

Please check your order on arrival if there is an issue with the supplied order please contact us within 48 hours via email. Flavrz does not accept claims or replace missing, damaged or opened items after 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Amendments and Changes

Flavrz orders can amend or change your order if it has not been picked up or freighted by our freight company. In the case that your order has been shipped, you can return the order at your expense for a refund. Note, all items must be unopened, unused and in the original shrink wrap packaging.


Australian Delivery Time

Note: Due to Covid19 lockdowns some deliveries can be delayed – Please check Auspost website for more information.

Domestic Shipments: Orders via Fastway or Auspost delivery is between 2-9 days depending on location.

International Shipments: Orders via Amarex or EMS delivery is between 7-19 days depending on available flights, restrictions and custom delays.

Delivery Times

Shipment Time – International

Your order is generally shipped within 1-2 full business day after the order is made Melbourne Time ( or sooner )

We do not guarantee delivery time to any international country. This is due to COVID19 restricitions on all international freight times.  

Flavrz do not work weekend order for order picking. Please allow 1 extra business day if you have ordered on a public holiday weekend. We will endeavour to fulfill your order in the quickest possible time to ensure your experience.

International Delivery Time

International Shipments: Packages shipped internationally via EMS, DHL, FEDEX, ARAMEX as per the selection at the time of ordering. Post are typically delivered within 2-11 business days depending on the location, due to limitations on freight services from COV19.
