“Change of mind” hardware returns for store credit will be at our discretion.
You must contact us prior to returning any item by lodging a request via the Helpdesk
Return requests will only be be accepted within 7 days of your receipt of the item.
Items returned must be unused and in their original unopened, unused, undamaged packaging.
A store credit will be issued on favourable inspection of the item.


All our premium flavours, one shots and premix are not replaced or refundable because you have ordered incorrectly or you do not like the flavour.

Please ensure your order is correct before checking out.
Of course mistakes do happen and if you are sure a juice you’ve received is not right please contact us via the Helpdesk.

Note that all returns must have been purchased from Flavrz directly or via our website. All returns are shipped at the customers expense and must be returned unopened, unused and in the original packaging along with the original Tax invoice. All eligible returns must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date on the invoice.

Any opened flavour items will not be eligible for return due to OH&S and health regulations.
